  • Window of Tolerance Guide - Your nervous system is constantly scanning for safety. Depending on what it finds, it moves you into different states of activation. This guide helps you identify when your "inner alarm" is sounding and how to gently guide yourself back to a place of safety.

    Burnout Support Plan - This recovery plan is designed to be a shame-free, "low-demand" document. It acknowledges that in the depths of burnout, scrolling is often a valid form of sensory regulation and that special interests are not just hobbies—they are neurological lifelines:
