Services & Fees

At present, all sessions are offered via telehealth (secure video consultation).

All individual sessions are 50 minutes with the following fee structure:

  • Initial Appointment - $320

  • Ongoing Appointments - $280

With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session. This rebate can be processed on the day of your appointment, reducing the out-of-pocket cost.

Private health insurance may also provide a rebate, depending on your level of cover.

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • For National Clients: We provide secure, Medicare-compliant online therapy to individuals Australia-wide (Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, ACT and Northern Territory)

Our Virtual Office

We utilise encrypted, AHPRA-compliant video platforms to ensure your privacy and security, no matter where you are dialing in from.

Note: Our appointments are conducted via secure video link. We do not see clients at a physical office location, allowing us to offer flexible scheduling for Australians in all time zones (AEST/AEDT, ACST, and AWST).
